Terms & Conditions for golsdbet Players

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and golsdbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of all services, products, software, and content available on or through golsdbet. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the golsdbet platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, participation in promotions, and use of customer support services.

By accessing golsdbet, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using golsdbet and close your account.

golsdbet provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), fishing games, crash games, slot machines, and related gaming services. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. golsdbet makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with golsdbet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual bonuses or competitions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

2 Age Restriction

golsdbet is strictly an adult-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on golsdbet. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal, socially harmful, and strictly prohibited by golsdbet.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant to golsdbet that you are at least 18 years of age. golsdbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, or government-issued passport. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request, golsdbet will suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

To access golsdbet's full range of services, you must register a personal account. You may hold only one active account on golsdbet at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — including accounts registered in the names of family members, third parties, or fictitious persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any of your details change after registration (including your email address, mobile number, or residential address), you must update your account information promptly via account settings or by contacting support at support@golsdbet.

3.2 KYC Verification

golsdbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering practices. You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at golsdbet's discretion.

Accepted identity documents include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence. Proof of address documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months. golsdbet may request additional documentation depending on the circumstances of your account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your golsdbet Login credentials, including your username and password. golsdbet will never ask you for your full password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact golsdbet support immediately. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to you notifying golsdbet of a security breach is your responsibility.

4 User Obligations

As a registered player on golsdbet, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use golsdbet solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with golsdbet games, the sportsbook, or any other part of the platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or cheating in connection with golsdbet games or betting markets, including cricket BPL and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures.
• You will not use golsdbet to launder money, finance terrorist activities, or conduct any other unlawful financial transaction. All funds deposited to your golsdbet account must be sourced from lawful activity.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the golsdbet platform. Any bug discovered must be reported to golsdbet support immediately. Exploiting a known bug to obtain financial advantage will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You will not harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate golsdbet employees, support agents, or other players.
• You will not create, distribute, or promote content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise harmful in connection with golsdbet.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of golsdbet.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and the reporting of your activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

golsdbet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by golsdbet, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your golsdbet account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. golsdbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

All funds deposited to your golsdbet account must belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not accept funds from another person for the purpose of depositing them to your golsdbet account. golsdbet reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by golsdbet within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. golsdbet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.3 Currency and Fees

golsdbet does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside golsdbet's control. All account balances are displayed and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

6 Bonuses & Promotions

golsdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers series. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. Players should read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers at golsdbet are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period of a bonus will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

golsdbet operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited behaviours:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements in a low-risk manner (e.g., betting on all outcomes of the same event)
• Using bonus funds primarily on games that are excluded from or contribute minimally to wagering requirements
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a bonus intended for a different player segment

Where golsdbet determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the player's account. golsdbet's decision on matters of bonus abuse is final.

6.3 Promotional Validity

All promotional offers have a defined validity period. Bonuses not claimed or used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. golsdbet is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances. Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, or the BPL final are subject to their own specific start and end dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time of publication.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on golsdbet — including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slot machines, fishing games, crash games, and table games — operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. golsdbet's game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, hold internationally recognised certifications for game fairness and RNG integrity.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

golsdbet's sportsbook operates under a comprehensive set of sports betting rules covering market settlement, void bets, in-play betting, and the handling of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to specific settlement rules that are published in the sportsbook rules section.

Bets placed on sporting events that are subsequently abandoned or cancelled will be settled as void unless the specific promotional or market terms state otherwise. golsdbet reserves the right to withhold settlement of bets suspected of involving match-fixing or irregular activity pending investigation.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round or bet, golsdbet reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. golsdbet is not liable for any losses or claimed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your golsdbet account at any time by contacting customer support at support@golsdbet. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Account closure requests made under a self-exclusion programme are handled separately and given priority processing — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by golsdbet

golsdbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, cheating, or fraud
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• Any other conduct that golsdbet reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or golsdbet's operational integrity

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, golsdbet may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where the investigation concludes no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in or conducted any financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. golsdbet will notify the account holder by email before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in and conducting a transaction.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, golsdbet excludes all liability to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the golsdbet platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including all casino games and sports betting results
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banking partners)
• Actions taken by third parties in connection with your golsdbet account, including unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on golsdbet, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions

golsdbet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. golsdbet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability.

10 Amendments to Terms

golsdbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the golsdbet platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect without advance notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of golsdbet following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
